As the founder of 315Work Avenue, his focus is on providing spaces that create conducive, functional, and inspiring workspaces with a modern aesthetic. He strives to foster a positive environment of growth and productivity while allowing you to focus solely on your work. With the proven ability to extract the core issues and challenges within the organization, his leadership cajoles the team to bring out the best in them. His strength lies in his ability to combine the necessary elements to help the business increase and maintain a competitive edge. One of his lines of business includes education and he has contributed to this field as both trustee of the prestigious Greenwood High International School and as Chief Advisor of Kara4Kids. ProPhysio is his efforts to provide wellness solutions to people that are “pro-health” with an observational and data-driven approach backed by modern technology and medical science. A lover of fine things in life, he believes in a positive outlook towards work and life. And is a strong believer of work hard and party harder. His interests include; movies, history and sports. He is a proud recipient of many awards like 40 under 40 influential leaders by Asia One.

Prachi Mehrotra

Prachi is actively involved with the Marketing and Brand Building for 315Work Avenue. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from The University of Nottingham, UK, and also holds an MBA with specializations in Marketing and Finance from Amity University.

She is also the Director of the NestaVera group and the Executive Director for kara4kids.Prachi strongly believes in developing a culture of trust and transparency at the workplace, which will, in turn, facilitate the construction of an efficient, effective, productive, and valuable organization. As an achiever of excellence in both academic and extracurricular fields, she reckons that curiosity is the spark that should be the driving force of every organization.

Spearheading the finance, Sandeep is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has close to 10 years of experience in handling finance for various organizations.

Spearheading the finance, Sandeep is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has close to 10 years of experience in handling finance for various organizations. Having spent his career life in a CA firm, venture capitalist firm, real estate and in the garment industry, Sandeep is keen on implementing his knowledge and expertise at 315WA to fuel the growth that we envision. He’s the true follower of the saying that “None of us are stronger than all of us” which has enabled him in achieving the 315WA’s goal to build a most strong and consistent team. He was a part of setting up and implementing a complex business processes committee across multiple industries/sectors. In his journey at 315WA he made sure that every ₹ spent on each square foot will have a direct and huge impact in every organization’s growth as even the biggest cloud is a large collection of very tiny droplets of water. He is a strong believer of money saved is money earned and is looking forward to starting this fast-paced ship.

Mr. Kunal Vikram Anand, who heads sales for the west region, joined us as Vice President of Sales. He has more than 19 years of experience in sales.

He graduated from Symbiosis College in Pune with a Post-Graduate in Business Administration and Marketing. CEAT Tyres, GE Money, Reliance, HDFC, Lloyds Bank, Regus & Awfis were among the companies he worked for. Jaguar Land Rover India, HP, Magna Cosma, GE, Tricentis, Wruth IT, Bajaj Finance Ltd, Wabtec, Atlas Copco, and matrimony.com were among the significant accounts he handled. Kunal enjoys driving business goals, connecting people, and building professional relationships and partnerships across verticals. He oversees and directs the sales teams under him to meet and exceed sales revenue and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.

Coming from the advertising and the media background she began her marketing career with WPP company, with 18+ years’ experience creating integrated, multi-channel marketing and customer experience strategies to elevate brand awareness, increase engagement, deliver exponential conversion, while improving customer/ client satisfaction. A strong believer in the voice of the user, the magic of brand, that experiential marketing wins and the power of great storytelling and story making does wonders to the brand. She has worked on multiple brands including IBM, Nike, USL, Madura Garments etc. At 315Work Avenue being a brand strategist she works on the marketing and communication strategy , explores new avenues of connecting with the consumers, and is working on a whole new canvas. A keen interest in digital marketing and brand building. Passionate about movies, nature and everything digital.

Over the years, she has worked on large-scale people-transformation initiatives and has built high-performance cultures within organisations. She spent close to 12 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as senior HR business partner for Commercial Real Estate in South India. In that role, she led HR strategy for the region, working closely with leadership teams to drive workforce planning, talent initiatives and large-scale people transformation programmes.
